Two women held in Tiger Shroff firing case weapon smuggling network

Police investigating the shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff have uncovered the role of two women in facilitating the supply of illegal weapons to the accused. According to the investigation, Radha and Babita played a crucial part in transporting firearms across state lines as part of an organized smuggling operation.

Investigators revealed that accused individuals Kunal and Sumit had procured a pistol and 20 cartridges from Amritsar. The location details for obtaining these weapons were provided by Anil Pandit, who coordinated the supply chain operation. The pair transported the firearm to Punjab before handing it over for further delivery.

The two women were tasked with moving the weapons from Punjab to Mumbai after being offered compensation of between 10,000 and 12,000 rupees each. Police say the arrangement was part of a broader network designed to supply illegal firearms to individuals involved in the attack on the actor.

The case highlights the involvement of multiple operatives across state boundaries in organized weapon trafficking. Authorities have intensified their investigation to identify all members of the smuggling network and determine the intended use of the firearms.
