The advanced seminar on the Rule of Law wrapped up on 28 October at the Radisson Blu Resort in Gintota, Galle, following three days of intensive sessions that began on 26 October. The programme was jointly organised by the United States Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) and the Defence Security Cooperation University (DSCU), bringing together participants to examine contemporary approaches to judicial governance and institutional reform.

The seminar was structured to provide participants with advanced training in rule of law principles and their practical application within defence and security frameworks. The collaborative initiative reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional capacity in the region through professional development and knowledge exchange.

The conclusion of the seminar was marked by a certificate awarding ceremony, recognising participants who completed the three-day training module. The programme underscores the commitment of international partners to supporting professional development within South Asia's defence and legal sectors.

The Galle-based venue provided a setting for the exchange of best practices and contemporary discussions on governance structures among regional participants. Such seminars contribute to building institutional frameworks aligned with international standards for rule of law implementation.
