A cookware trader in Uttar Pradesh has died following a violent roadside assault in the Parspur police station area of Gonda district. Vinod Sahni, 45, was attacked with bladed weapons while traveling on Wednesday evening. He sustained serious injuries during the incident and was rushed to King George's Medical University (KGMU) in Lucknow for emergency treatment. Sahni died during the course of his hospitalization. Police have launched an investigation into the attack and have already made two arrests in connection with the case.
