Uttar Pradesh launches month-long service delivery campaign from mid-September

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the launch of a month-long service delivery campaign beginning September 17, 2026, as part of efforts to enhance governance and citizen services across the state.

The 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan' will run until October 17, 2026, and will be structured around 12 key programs designed to address various aspects of public service delivery. The campaign aims to ensure systematic implementation of government initiatives at the grassroots level.

To oversee the campaign's execution, nodal officers will be appointed in each of the state's districts, creating a clear chain of command and accountability. These designated officials will be responsible for coordinating activities within their respective jurisdictions and ensuring adherence to campaign objectives.

Weekly reviews have been mandated as part of the campaign framework to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective measures in real time. This systematic approach is intended to maintain momentum and ensure sustained focus on service delivery improvements throughout the one-month period.
