Uttar Pradesh to host Japan investment summit on green tech, semiconductors

Uttar Pradesh is set to host a significant investment conclave focused on accelerating Japanese cooperation in green hydrogen and semiconductor manufacturing, two strategic sectors identified as growth engines for the state's economy.

The event will feature a high-level CEO roundtable chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, bringing together senior executives from Japanese corporations and Indian industry leaders. Virtual groundbreaking ceremonies will mark the commencement of multiple projects with a combined investment value of ₹3,191 crore.
