Vascon Engineering bags ₹660 crore Qualcomm India office project
Bengaluru-based construction firm Vascon Engineering has secured a significant order from technology company Qualcomm India to develop a major office facility in the city. The project, valued at ₹660 crore, is slated for completion within 30 months.

Vascon Engineering announced on Friday that it has received a Letter of Intent from Qualcomm India for constructing an office complex in Bengaluru. The project encompasses three basement levels, a ground floor plus 12 additional storeys, along with supporting infrastructure facilities.
According to a regulatory filing by the Bengaluru-headquartered firm, the development timeline spans 30 months from the date of site handover. The contract represents a substantial addition to Vascon Engineering's current project portfolio as it expands its footprint in the commercial real estate segment.
Vascon Engineering has established itself as a multi-sector construction player, having completed numerous projects across commercial, industrial, and residential segments. The company's share price reflected investor optimism over the new order, with its stock gaining 3.42 per cent to close at ₹34.46 on the BSE.
