Verstappen calls for Circuit of the Americas surface repairs

Verstappen expressed frustration with the state of the circuit ahead of the United States Grand Prix, noting that while he appreciates the design and flow of the Texas venue, the deteriorating road surface requires urgent attention from circuit operators.

The Red Bull Racing driver indicated that the bumps affecting the track have reached unacceptable levels and could compromise both driver safety and vehicle performance during the race weekend.

Circuit of the Americas, which has hosted Formula One since 2012, has occasionally faced criticism over track conditions in previous seasons. The venue's management will likely need to assess whether resurfacing or repair work can be completed prior to the upcoming race.

Stewarts and officials have become increasingly attentive to driver feedback regarding track safety and surface quality as the sport looks to maintain competitive standards across all venues on the international calendar.
