A video circulating online shows constable Kapil Tiwari, posted at Mayo police station in Barabanki, making threatening statements to driver Vishal Yadav. In the footage, the constable is heard making aggressive remarks about potential violence, allegedly threatening to beat the young man in broad daylight.

The incident occurred during the night of August 21-22, according to police records. The video's emergence on social media has raised concerns about conduct standards among law enforcement personnel in the district.

Superintendent of Police Arpit Vijayvarghiya has directed authorities to investigate the matter following the video's circulation. The nature of the dispute between the constable and driver that led to the threatening remarks remains unclear.
