Prime Minister Le Minh Hung held talks with Vice President of the Lao Front for National Construction Laopaoxong Navongxay and President of the Laos-Vietnam Friendship Association Boviengkham Vongdala on October 8 in Vientiane, underscoring the importance of people-to-people ties in advancing bilateral relations.

The meetings reflected both countries' commitment to nurturing their special friendship through enhanced grassroots engagement and cultural exchange. Officials acknowledged that strengthened connections between Vietnamese and Lao communities serve as a foundation for broader cooperation across multiple sectors.
