Vietnam's Party General Secretary and President To Lam and Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino Quintero have committed to advancing their nations' partnership through enhanced diplomatic engagement, according to a joint statement issued following their discussions.
Under the agreement, Vietnam and Panama will increase high-level visits and meetings involving senior officials from both governments, national assemblies, and relevant ministries and sectors. The commitment reflects a mutual desire to establish clearer strategic direction for bilateral cooperation moving forward.
