Vietnam, Poland boost parliamentary ties during high-level visit

Vietnam's National Assembly is committed to deepening legislative cooperation with Poland's parliament to advance bilateral relations, NA President Tran Thanh Man said during recent high-level talks. The two legislative bodies are expected to play a central role in establishing legal frameworks that support enhanced cooperation between the nations. Both parliaments will oversee the implementation of agreements and commitments made between Vietnam and Poland, ensuring effective execution of bilateral initiatives. The renewed focus on inter-parliamentary ties reflects broader efforts to strengthen all-round cooperation between the two countries. Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung hosted a welcome ceremony for his Polish counterpart, underlining the importance both governments place on the relationship. The Polish delegation's visit, which included a tour of the UNESCO-recognized Hoi An Ancient Town, demonstrated the countries' shared interest in cultural and economic exchanges.
