Vietnam's top leadership has prioritized constitutional governance and institutional strengthening as key priorities for the nation. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam stressed the importance of ensuring the Constitution is fully respected and rigorously enforced across all government levels and sectors.

The call for enhanced constitutional compliance comes as officials undertake preliminary work on potential amendments to the legal document. To Lam has directed relevant bodies to conduct proactive research and develop substantive proposals aimed at improving the Constitution to better serve the country's evolving needs.

In parallel developments, the National Assembly has expanded the agenda for its second session to include additional legislative priorities. Separately, the Deputy Prime Minister has urged accelerated digital transformation initiatives in Vietnam's education sector, signaling government commitment to modernizing learning systems and institutional capacity.

These moves reflect broader efforts by Vietnamese leadership to strengthen institutional frameworks and governance standards as the country advances its development agenda.
