Vietnamese Executive Named to Fortune Most Powerful Women Asia List Again

Dang Huynh Uc My's repeated recognition underscores Vietnam's growing prominence in regional business leadership and the agricultural industry. Her inclusion on the prestigious Fortune list highlights the country's expanding role in global food systems and value creation across the agribusiness sector.

The honor comes as Vietnamese enterprises demonstrate increasing competitiveness on the regional stage. Construction firm Coteccons has continued climbing Fortune's Southeast Asia 500 rankings, cementing its position as a quality-focused developer, while chemicals company Vinachem has made its debut on the same list, marking a significant achievement for the state-owned enterprise.

Vietnam's economic momentum extends beyond the corporate sector. The country is emerging as one of Southeast Asia's most attractive travel destinations, according to Fortune, reflecting broader growth across multiple industries. These developments signal Vietnam's strengthening position in the region's economic landscape as local businesses expand their influence and international standing.
