The 16th National Assembly will conduct an interactive parliamentary questioning session on November 12, with senior government officials facing direct inquiries from lawmakers on key policy matters.
Finance Minister Ngo Van Tuan is scheduled to address the National Assembly regarding the allocation, management, and acceleration of public investment disbursement for 2026, which forms a critical component of Vietnam's 2026-2030 medium-term investment strategy. The live session will provide lawmakers with an opportunity to examine government spending priorities and implementation efficiency.
The questioning session follows the conclusion of the National Assembly's first extraordinary session, during which members moved forward with streamlining legal documents and discussing preparatory measures for upcoming legislative work.
Science-related matters are also expected to feature in the parliamentary discussions, with additional government ministers scheduled to participate in the live questioning forum. The session represents part of the National Assembly's regular oversight function, ensuring transparency and accountability in government resource allocation and policy execution.
