Vietnamese Party delegation in Peru to promote socialist ties

A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) traveled to Peru as part of efforts to strengthen party-to-party diplomacy across the Latin American region. During the visit, the delegation presented "The Aspiration for a Strong and Prosperous Vietnam in the New Era," a collection of works by CPV General Secretary and State President To Lam, to Peruvian counterparts.

The presentation of the book served as a platform to outline Vietnam's strategic perspectives and development priorities as the nation enters a new phase of growth. Officials used the occasion to highlight the Vietnamese leadership's vision for economic advancement and socialist development, seeking to deepen understanding between the two nations' political leadership.

The Peru visit forms part of a broader Vietnamese diplomatic initiative to strengthen ties with communist and socialist parties internationally. Similar party delegations have engaged in parallel efforts across multiple regions, including recent exchanges with Hungary's Workers' Party and activities at international conferences in Mexico.

These diplomatic visits underscore Vietnam's commitment to advancing its foreign policy objectives through sustained engagement with political movements and parties that share ideological commonalities, while positioning the country's development model and future aspirations on the international stage.
