Vietnamese steelworker clinches top prize at Japan's TETSU-1 competition

Luong Duc Quy has secured the top honour at Japan's TETSU-1 GRAND PRIX, a major competition recognizing excellence in rebar steel work. The Vietnamese worker, who is employed at Tamura Kogyo Co. in Osaka, claimed the championship title and was awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award in recognition of his achievement.
