Vigan showcases cultural treasures during heritage and tourism week

VIGAN CITY — Vigan celebrated its place as a world heritage destination by hosting a comprehensive cultural and arts exhibit during the World Heritage Cities Solidarity and Cultural Celebration and Tourism Week 2026.
