MANILA – The Villar family's donation of land to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) is anticipated to significantly strengthen the benefits of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) Cavite Extension, according to Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC) Chairman Manuel V. Villar.
The land contribution is seen as a strategic move to enhance public transportation accessibility for communities outside the capital region.
