Vinpearl, Viettel lead Vietnam's top employer rankings in staff poll
Hospitality giant Vinpearl has secured the top position in Vietnam's "Enterprise of Choice" employee satisfaction survey, while telecommunications firm Viettel-CHT also ranked among the nation's most preferred employers by workforce vote.

Vinpearl's victory in the comprehensive staff preference poll underscores the company's standing as a leading employer in Vietnam's competitive business landscape. The hospitality and resort operator dominated both the overall rankings and the hotel and tourism sector category, reflecting strong employee confidence in its management practices and workplace environment.
The top 10 most preferred employers by Vietnamese workers also included major multinational and domestic corporations. Vinamilk, the country's leading dairy producer, secured a strong position alongside Masan Consumer, Hoa Sen Group, and Samsung Electronics' Ho Chi Minh City complex. Technology and consumer-focused firms including Masan Group, FPT IS, and Acecook Vietnam rounded out the elite tier, demonstrating that workers value employers across diverse sectors from manufacturing to software services.
Retailer Lotte Mart and Viettel Construction also featured prominently in the rankings, indicating that large-scale employers with significant Vietnamese workforces maintain strong reputational standing among job seekers and current staff. The "Enterprise of Choice" survey serves as a barometer of employer brand strength and workplace satisfaction across Vietnam's competitive corporate environment, where talent retention remains a strategic priority for major firms.
