Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla revealed Monday that Vice President Sara Duterte had declined a security arrangement proposed by the Philippine National Police, stating the Vice President was entitled to make her own decisions about personal safety. "If she has no confidence, that is her prerogative," Remulla said during a press briefing at Camp Crame, the PNP headquarters in Manila.
