WazirX launches AI assistant for streamlined crypto trading and research
Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX has introduced an artificial intelligence-powered trading assistant designed to consolidate market research, portfolio analysis and trade execution into a single interface. The tool aims to simplify the trading experience by eliminating the need for users to switch between multiple screens and data sources.

WazirX AI, now integrated into the exchange's mobile app and website, enables traders to query live cryptocurrency prices, market developments and macroeconomic trends through a conversational interface. The assistant provides analytical responses accompanied by supporting charts, while also allowing users to review their existing portfolios and execute trades without navigating away from the primary tool.
The platform operates on an "Ask-Understand-Decide" framework, which coordinates market data, technical analysis, portfolio information and order management functions to handle complex, multi-step trading requests. This architecture enables traders to move seamlessly from research to decision-making within a single environment.
According to WazirX founder Nischal Shetty, the tool addresses a fundamental inefficiency in cryptocurrency trading. "Crypto markets operate 24/7, but traders should not have to spend their day moving between charts, news feeds and trading screens," Shetty stated. "WazirX AI combines market research, portfolio monitoring and trade preparation into one cohesive platform."
The launch reflects a broader trend of cryptocurrency exchanges integrating advanced technology to enhance user experience and reduce friction in the trading process. By consolidating multiple functions into a single AI-driven interface, WazirX aims to cater to both experienced traders and those new to digital asset markets.
