Weather stations to aid small tea growers in Nilgiris region

The Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu has commissioned five weather monitoring stations designed specifically to serve the region's smallholder tea farming community. The stations will collect and disseminate critical meteorological information including rainfall, temperature, humidity, and wind patterns to assist growers in their agricultural operations.
