Vinluan passed the Philippine bar examination in 2014, qualifying him to practice law in the country.
The lawyer earned his law degree from Ateneo de Manila University, one of the country's premier legal education institutions. After completing his studies, Vinluan joined Fortun Narvasa & Salazar Law as an associate, where he worked until 2015.
