Wife arrested in husband's death case in Meerut; accomplice sought

Police in Meerut have lodged a murder case against a woman identified as Ilma following the death of her husband Talib. The case came to light after family members learned of Ilma's close association with a man named Aman, prompting suspicion about the circumstances of Talib's death.

Investigators have launched proceedings to exhume Talib's body from his grave for a post-mortem examination as part of their investigation. The development suggests authorities are treating the case as a potential homicide rather than a natural death.

Family members raised concerns about the relationship between Ilma and Aman, which led them to report their suspicions to police. The nature of the alleged affair and its connection to the death remain under investigation.

The case adds to ongoing concerns about crimes of passion and domestic violence in the region. Police have registered a formal case and are continuing their investigation to establish the exact circumstances of Talib's death and the roles of those involved.
