WNS Global Services has entered into agreements to lease 322,000 square feet of office space at Hiranandani Centaurus in Thane, marking a significant expansion of its operational footprint in the Mumbai region.
The lease agreements stipulate a monthly rental outgo of approximately ₹2.90 crore, according to company disclosures. Over the full term of the agreements, the total rental commitment is estimated to reach ₹619.37 crore, underscoring the scale of the company's space requirements.
The move reflects WNS Global Services' continued growth trajectory and its strategy to maintain substantial office presence in key metropolitan centres across India. Thane has emerged as a preferred destination for multinational companies seeking office space due to competitive pricing and improved connectivity.
