Woman arrested with over P1 million in methamphetamine in Cavite
Anti-illegal drug operatives in Cavite have arrested a woman during a controlled buy-bust operation. The suspect was found in possession of suspected crystal methamphetamine worth more than P1 million.

A female suspect was taken into custody Thursday evening following a drug enforcement operation in Dasmariñas City, Cavite province. The Police Regional Office 4A reported that anti-narcotics operatives conducted the buy-bust operation at approximately 7:40 p.m., resulting in the apprehension of the woman and the seizure of the contraband.
The suspected methamphetamine, commonly known locally as "shabu," was valued at over P1 million based on initial estimates. The operation was part of ongoing efforts by regional police to combat the illegal drug trade in Calabarzon and surrounding areas.
The suspect has been turned over to appropriate authorities for further investigation and prosecution. The case is being handled in accordance with the Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
