Woman delivers baby at police station with help of traffic officers

A pregnant woman experienced sudden labour complications outside Surat Railway Station while preparing to travel to Madhya Pradesh. Traffic brigade personnel responded quickly to the medical emergency, transporting her to a nearby police station as her condition deteriorated rapidly.

Upon arrival at the police station, officers immediately contacted medical staff stationed at the railway facility. The on-duty doctor provided assistance at the station, enabling the woman to undergo normal delivery without requiring immediate hospital transfer.

Both mother and newborn were subsequently transported to a hospital for post-delivery medical care and observation. The swift intervention by traffic police and coordination with railway medical services ensured a safe outcome for both patients.
