Woman dies after knife attack by coworker at Jabalpur restaurant
A young woman succumbed to injuries after being stabbed multiple times by a fellow kitchen staff member at a restaurant in Jabalpur. CCTV footage showed the attacker continuing to work normally moments after the assault.

A woman identified as Muskan Chaudhary died following a stabbing incident at Mehfil Bar and Restaurant in Jabalpur on August 14. According to police reports, Chaudhary was attacked by her coworker Pawan, who used a kitchen knife to inflict four stab wounds.
CCTV surveillance footage obtained by investigators documented the assault, showing an altercation between the two employees preceded the knife attack. The footage also captured an unusual sequence of events in which the accused remained at his workstation, continuing food preparation activities for approximately 40 to 50 seconds after the attack.
Chaudhary was taken for medical treatment but succumbed to her injuries during hospitalization. Police have registered a case against the accused and are conducting further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
