Dube was wanted in connection with the death of Shiva Sharma in Lucknow. Authorities had announced a reward of 50,000 rupees for information leading to her arrest, signalling the priority accorded to the case.
The arrest underscores the challenges faced by law enforcement in apprehending suspects who employ disguises and mobile strategies to evade police nets.
