According to law enforcement officials, the abductors held the victim hostage while demanding 500,000 rupees in ransom from his family. During his detention, the youth was subjected to physical assault by his captors.
The victim managed to alert his family members by sharing his location, prompting relatives to contact authorities. Police tracked the information and launched a rescue operation that secured the youth's safe release.
Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping. Investigations into the case are ongoing as police work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the abduction and identify any additional individuals involved.
