Youth groups mobilize voter education campaign ahead of BARMM parliamentary elections

Young civic advocates have launched an extensive voter education caravan across schools in Lanao del Sur, aiming to equip first-time voters with essential information about the upcoming Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) parliamentary elections.

The youth-driven initiative represents a significant grassroots effort to engage students and young voters in the electoral process ahead of the September 14 polls. The caravan has been conducting educational sessions in schools throughout the province, providing guidance on voting procedures, civic responsibilities, and the importance of informed participation in the historic regional elections.

According to Noel Biadnes, project manager overseeing the voter education drive, the campaign targets young Filipinos who will be casting their ballots for the first time in the BARMM parliamentary contest.
