Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City project opens SPV office, begins land allotment

The Zaheerabad Industrial Smart City project took a significant step forward with the opening of its special purpose vehicle (SPV) office, marking the formal commencement of land allotment activities for the mega industrial development.

Hyundai Motor India Engineering has been issued the first offer letter for allotment of 270 acres within the sprawling industrial complex, signalling strong initial interest in the project. The move underscores growing investor confidence in the development, which is being positioned as a comprehensive industrial ecosystem.

The project encompasses a total area of 3,245 acres and is designed to accommodate multiple manufacturing and industrial facilities. The establishment of the SPV office represents the administrative and operational foundation required to manage land allocation, coordinate infrastructure development, and facilitate industrial operations across the site.

The Zaheerabad Smart City project aims to serve as a major manufacturing hub in the region, with plans to attract industrial units across various sectors.
