Rolex Estella, head of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, compiled the figures based on reports from affected municipalities and agricultural sectors. The assessment encompasses crop damage, livestock losses, and infrastructure harm to farming operations across various municipalities in Zambales.
