Zverev advances to US Open fourth round after defeating Tabilo
Top seed Alexander Zverev recovered from a shaky second set to defeat Chile's Alejandro Tabilo and secure his place in the fourth round of the US Open on Saturday.

The German champion produced a commanding performance to win 6-2 7-6(2) 6-2 at the tournament in New York, bouncing back after losing momentum in the middle stages of the match.
Zverev's dominance was evident in the first and third sets, where he broke Tabilo's serve and controlled the pace of play. However, the second set proved more competitive, forcing the top seed into a tiebreak where he ultimately prevailed 7-2 to take command of the contest.
With the victory, Zverev continues his pursuit of a major title and will face his next opponent in the fourth round as the tournament progresses into the business end of the competition.
