On 2 June 2026, ACLEDA Bank and NPCI International launched UPI acceptance in Cambodia, letting Indian travellers scan KHQR codes at more than 4.5 million merchants. It is the latest step for a bank that Dr. In Channy helped found as a local development agency 33 years ago.
